Every color has its own nutritional benefits Which is why it’s important to vary your diet and get as many as possible!

Hi Missy! Yes! Juicing or drinking whole juice smoothies is an amazing way to incorporate a variety of veggies / fruits into a compact snack or meal! Honestly…you can mix and match ANYTHING you’d like…or pick the colors you’d like to incorporate into your diet! Personally, I like to use the whole juice function on my blender because you get all the fiber from your fruits and veggies! I always juice 1 whole lemon in any smoothie I make…from there I’ll add several celery ribs, 1/2 English Cucumber, 1/2 an apple, frozen pineapple, frozen berries, Handful of Kale or Spinach, 2 scoops of Collagen and a good fat….(almonds, coconut, MCT oil, avocado etc) and 1 heaping tsp of Minced Ginger! It’s the perfect detox smoothie!🙌❤️
