MAGNESIUM TO THE RESCUE!

My first encounter with Magnesium… (that I took notice of)…..happened sometime during peri-menopause. I remember talking with a friend who was going to a progressive Functional MD GYN in the area, who had told her to take Natural Calm at bedtime to help her relax and sleep. It was during this time I was having a horrible time sleeping. I could fall asleep just fine…..but I would wake up in a panic around 1:00am and could not get back to sleep and I would be wired for the rest of the night 🙁 Yes, I was under stress.. Yes… I was also dealing with an autoimmune disease…..Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis….and all of this added to the fire! But I will tell you that the first time I took Natural Calm….low and behold….I felt calmer! I started feeling tired! I fell asleep!! Alleluia!!
